How to use source code

Aug 17, 2008 at 5:13 AM

I'm not a very experienced .NET programmer, I deal more with ASP.NET. I downloaded the source code and opened the solution on the VS 2005. I can visualize all the code and everything, but how I see the interface and edit it?

This is sort of a difficult question to answer since it could encompass a lot. Probably the best way to understand the code is the step through the code in the VS.NET debugger and see which pieces do what.

Yes, I know it's a difficult question.

But the graphical user interface is included within the solution? I know this might be a dumb question, but I couldn't find the forms, etc.

Hey Jim,

I also couldn't find the Management interface in the source code.  I was successfully able to build and start the callbutler service, but could not seem to build or find the management interface.

Any clues?

Hmmm. It should be there. However, we will be uploading the full source code tonight which includes the Manager application so maybe you want to wait for that before you try much more with the current source.

Great, I can't wait to put my hands on such a piece of art!

I haven't done anything yet appart from installing the service :).

The folder for the management application is there, just empty :P
