Speech recognition

Hi, can anyone provide information on how to setup speech recognition in CallButler? Thanks!

Speech recognition is not "technically" available with version 1.9.12 of CallButler.  The "hooks" are there to support any SAPI 5.1 compliant speech recognition engine and the inTELiscript IVR Studio includes some actions/events for speech recognition.  It would need someone to do some relatively minor development work, create the interface (UI) and do some testing.
