CallButler uses Regex in a number of places (e.g., scripting and Call Personalization).  Regex allows you to add some powerful rules to your scripts.  For example:
  • ^1$ means one and only one.  This would be useful to differentiate from someone that wanted to enter 1 vs. 10.
  • ^(?<PhoneNumber>\d{10,11})$ means to set a variable called "PhoneNumber" that is either a 10 or 11 digit entry.
There are some great RegEx tools out there that will allow you to test how certain combinations work.  Here is a good one http://www.ultrapico.com/Expresso.htm.
