"unable to find open line" error message.

has anyone got thie error message sent to them "Unable to find open line"?  Is this internal/external, or related to anything with my provider?  I know i have some issues with my phone not registered to server earlier, but does this have anything to do with the error?

I would say that either your voip provider line was not registered at the time of the error message, or perhaps the line was busy. I would also check with your voip provider to see how many simultaneous calls they allow per line.
