Have you looked at the instructions in the CallButler PBX Users Manual?  You can access the CallButler Users Manual by going to Start > All Programs > CallButler Open Source PBX > Help > CallButler Users Manual.  In the manual, go to the "How To..." section > "Use IP phones and softphones" > "Setting up a Grandstream GXP2000".

Alright, lets make this sucker work!!!!

I have the same phone and I GOT IT TO WORK!! Here is how I tested it:

*Callbutler server is behind NAT firewall at one location
*Forwarded port 5060 UDP to Callbutler server internal IP
*Have GXP-2000 at another location also behind NAT firewall

***NOTES***
for SIP server and outbound proxy just type IP of callbutler server IF your server is listening on port 5060, IF NOT listening on (default) port 5060 then you must type it in the IP:port combination with 5061 for example being the port number you changed callbutler to listen to on. (ex. 24.120.222.02:5061)

**Don't change local SIP port, thats for something else!

Also, you can make the register expiration higher if you want, I was just testing and I set it lower
