Urgent! TTS fails after several calls

Hi all,

We have a system where customers can call into and order materials.
The call flow is as follows.
1. The call is answered by CallButler and a message is played where the caller is adviced to enter his customer number and finish it with a #.
2. When the # is received we use TTS to announce the number that the caller has entered. If it is correct the user may enter 1 to continue.
3. After that we lookup the customer in our database and announce the delivery adress using TTS, if it is correct the user may enter 1 to continue.
4. Now the customer may enter what to order using the number keys, and after that accept the order and then the call is diconnected.
There are some more options for the user but they are not important for this issue.

Our problem is that TTS fails when we will announce the entered customer no, as describe above #2.
The caller does not hear anything, but can still enter 1 to continue.
It is the same thing when announcing the delivery adress, the caller does not hear it, but can still press 1 to continue.
So it seems that TTS fails for some reason.
The caller can still hear the sound files, ut not TTS. The sound files are ordinary wav files.
The call flow does work so you can proceed with your order, but you can´t hear TTS sound.

In the trace file we can see that TTS fails.
The call is answered at 10:58:44, "Level : Basic, (Line 3) Incoming call from   to 201 10.100.203.71".
After that  three different sound files are played, and then the customer enters his customer no, 545418, and ends it with #.
CallButler then use TTS to announce the number: "Level : Extended, (Line 3) Speaking '<voice required="Name=Sven">545418</voice>'".
After that it fails, the error mesage is: "ttsLoadPersona Error (Internal unspecified error)".

This problem only occurs when the system has been running for some time, about seven days.
Before that TTS works just fine.
During this time we receive thousands of calls.

The TTS voice is bought from Loquendo, and the voice is male swedish.
