Callbutler hangs

Every now and then CallButler hangs, after CallButler restart everything works again.

At this moment we don't know why, but in the CallButler log we find the following:

(Line 3) Unable to add a call history entry: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program\CallButler\Service\Data\CallHistory.xml' because it is being used by another process.
   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

Any ideas anyone?
