Need help setting up Callbutler on TPG VIOP service

Can anyone help me setup callbutler to be used with a TPG VOIP service, or put me intouch with someone that can help?

I have setup my VOIP line and I can make and recieve calls using a normal telephone pluged into my router which is a Dynalink RTA 1046VW.

I am trying to set up callbutler for testing on a XP Professional PC, with no antivirus and the Firewall turned off.

I have installed Callbutler and input the information for the phone number and the number shows that it is registered correctly.

When I call the number callbutler does not pick up the line.

I have been right through the help and the setup wizard etc but I can get it to work.

I have all the Windows updates including all the .NET frameworks.

Is there any more detailed setup instructions for Callbutler or can anyone help me.

Any help is most appreciated.
